Privacy Policy for PushZoo TV

PushZoo TV ("the app", "we", "us") is a companion pair of apps — a phone/tablet app and an Android TV app — that lets children color pre-made animal outlines and see them appear, animated, on a paired TV screen. This policy explains what information the apps collect, how it's used, and your choices. It applies to both the phone/tablet app and the TV app.

Information We Collect

• Device identifier. A random identifier is generated and stored on your device when you first use the app. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any other personal information, and is used only to remember which content your device has unlocked.
• Room codes. A short code is used to pair the phone/tablet app with the TV app for a session. Room codes expire automatically within 24 hours.
• Colored artwork. When a child colors an animal outline and taps "Push," the resulting image is uploaded so it can be displayed on the paired TV. It is associated only with the session's room code and device identifier — not with any personal profile.
• Purchase confirmation. If a parent unlocks additional content, we record which content was unlocked and a confirmation token from the app store. We never see or store payment card details — purchases are processed entirely by Google Play (or Apple's App Store, where applicable).

Information We Do Not Collect

• No name, email address, or physical address is collected within the app.
• No behavioral or interest-based advertising, and no ad-tracking SDKs are used.
• No precise location data is collected.

How Information Is Used

Information is used solely to operate the app's core features: pairing a phone/tablet with a TV, displaying colored artwork on the paired TV, and remembering which content a device has unlocked. We do not sell or share information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — provides the database, file storage, and real-time connection that power the app. See Supabase's privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing (and Apple In-App Purchase, where applicable) — processes purchases. See Google's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

This app is directed at children and is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any purchase flow requires passing a parental gate (a simple math question) before pricing or payment is shown, so purchases cannot be completed by a child unassisted.

Data Retention

Room and pairing data expire automatically and are deleted. Uploaded artwork may be retained to support the display feature and periodic cleanup of expired sessions.

Your Choices

Because the app does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no account to delete. If you have questions about this policy or wish to request removal of specific stored artwork, contact us at the email below.
